1. Only team to win World Cups in all formats :-
India is the ONLY country to lift the World Cup in 60-over (1983 under Kapil Dev), 50-over (2011 under MS Dhoni), and 20-over (2007, 2024 & 2026 T20 formats). No other team has done this – we're truly the kings of all formats ๐
2. Sachin Tendulkar's crazy substitute story :-
In 1987, young Sachin (before his debut) actually came on as a substitute fielder for Pakistan in an India-Pakistan match!
Yeah, he fielded for the opponents once – super rare and funny fact! ๐ I bet you had no idea about that ๐ฑ
3. Sunil Gavaskar out on first ball thrice :
The legend Sunil Gavaskar, first to 10,000 Test runs and 34 centuries, got out on the very first ball of a Test match THREE times in his career. Even the greats have bad days.
4. Bapu Nadkarni's impossible bowling record :-
In 1964, Indian spinner Bapu Nadkarni bowled 21 consecutive maiden overs (that's 126 dot balls in a row!) against England. No one has come close – super defensive masterclass and I 100 percentage sure that no one has guts to break this record.
5. Rohit Hitman Sharma's record double centuries :-
Rohit Sharma is the only batsman to score THREE double centuries in ODIs (209, 264, 208*). His 264 is still the highest individual ODI score ever – Hitman really hits hard! ๐ฅ
6. Sachin first out by third umpire :-
Sachin Tendulkar was the first player ever given out by the third umpire (TV replay) in 1992 – for run out. Technology changed cricket forever starting with him!
7. MS Dhoni's unique captain treble:-
Dhoni is the only captain to win all three ICC trophies: T20 World Cup (2007), ODI World Cup (2011), and Champions Trophy (2013). Captain Cool did it all.
8. Anil Kumble's 10 wickets in an innings :-
In 1999, Anil Kumble took 10/74 against Pakistan at Feroz Shah Kotla takes all 10 wickets in a Test innings and becomes India's first bowler ever and was the second overall (after Laker) who took all 10 wickets in a test inning, later Ajaz Patel became the third in 2021.
9. World's largest cricket stadium in India :-
Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad holds over 1,32,000 people – biggest in the world! Bigger than Melbourne or any other – India loves cricket like no one else.
10. Virat Kohli's zero-ball wicket :-
Virat once took a T20I wicket without bowling a legal delivery! In 2012 vs England, he bowled a wide down leg, Pietersen stumped off it – wicket on the "zeroth" ball! Crazy luck! ๐
